Radiant Day Spa Bend is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist. Our current staff is a qualified and professional group that is passionate about what we do. WE ARE OFFERING:

• 40% commission. Right now this works out to $48 / one hour service $72 / 90-min service +$4 for therapeutic, deep tissue work / service, and additional pay for any add-ons
• Average tip rate is 20%
• 5% commission on wholesale value of all product sold in the spa

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Available two to three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and/or Saturday .
• An On Call Schedule from 10 – 5 on days worked. (Possible time in the spa from 9:30 to 5:30 with prep and clean-up.)
• Comfortable with preforming CBD, cupping, deep tissue, prenatal, and essential oil treatments.
• Able to preform up to 5H of massage per day.
• Comfortable with basic cleaning of your treatment room.
• Comfortable with Onboarding: Onboarding timeframe, commission rate, and hourly pay rate to be discussed after offer is extended.

Radiant Day Spa is seeking a part time front desk receptionist. Our current staff is a qualified and professional group that is passionate about what we do. We are looking for a receptionist that will join us in sharing and creating what we call the Radiant Experience.

Being the first point of contact for our clients means we are looking for a team member that is welcoming to all clients, experienced with spa booking systems or able to learn systems quickly, comfortable with lifting and cleaning tasks, and an excellent communicator both within the team and with clients.

WE ARE OFFERING:

• $20 / hour
• 5% commission on wholesale value of all product sold in the spa

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Ability to work 9:30AM – 5/5:30PM on Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday.
• Ability to answer and manage email, phone calls, texts, and voicemails for multiple locations.

• Able to manage spa calendars and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Comfortable with spa cleaning and maintenance.
