Olivia is wonderful. Such attention to detail and I love going to her for all my sugaring needs. She is also incredible at nails, manicures & pedicures and divine when it comes to facials!

Angelica Day Spa is a dreamy place! Walking in the doors I feel instantly at peace and relaxed. There is always a friendly smiling face to greet you at the door. The treatment room is cozy and comfortable. I have had a few treatments here & I will continue to come back! Thanks for pampering me!

What a gorgeous little spa in the heart of downtown Jacksonville! I came here for a sugar wax appointment, which I booked online. The reservation process was very easy. My technician was Niko, who was so kind, welcoming, and skilled. I will be back for a facial in the near future!

I was really happy with this spa. I had two facials and both were great. I bought a line of product (which was pricey) and was really excited, but after using it for three days, I developed a rash. When I told her about it, she said she was sorry, that there was nothing she could do. No exchange, no spa credit, nothing. So fine, I should've checked on their exchange/refund policy. But two days later I get an email that my next facial had been cancelled because "my skin doesn't like their product, so maybe I should go somewhere else". I emailed the company directly, they spoke to her, and I got a refund. I'll be getting facials somewhere else now, but this was sad.

I have done my research on many spa’s around this town & I am so glad I went here. I had the best experience! It was very calming and the environment is so soothing and I left with so many samples! Hollie is a true professional & I left super satisfied with my visit. Will definitely be back!

This was the absolute best deep clean facial I have ever received. Angelica is amazing. I used under eye cream that had almost erased my dark circles in two days. PS. my eyebrow wax was also perfect! Thank you Angelica

Great experience! Accomodated me when I needed a facial at the last minute. Parking is directly in front of the building, many spaces. Easy to get in and out. The spa is clean, the ambiance is calm and the essential oil smell in the air is soothing. The mini facial was thorough, included extractions and arm and hand massage. The steamer was soothing and very relaxing. My face feels and looks rejuvenated. Outstanding service! I would highly recommend to anybody with high standards.

This place is awesome!!! My girlfriend wanted a facial and had an appointment with another spa on Riverside Blvd. Once she got there she waited and the esthetician never showed!! So I called around and no one answered I called Angelica day spa and within two rings the owner picked up the phone. She was super pleasant to talk too and after explaining what she just went through she made room for her. Super amazing is all I can say!! Once getting we found the place is well marked and there was parking right in front of the business. As we walked up we where greeted with a warm smile. As I walked in the place it was super clean and not cluddery with a pleasant and not over powering smell of aromatherapy with soft and soothing music. After a brief talk she gave me a time to pick up my girlfriend. Once the time was up I walked in and she was true to her word and they just finished. Super nice to have a place that keeps their time. So fellas if you would like to treat your BETTER half's I strongly recommend Angelica day spa they will love you for it.

Angelica Day Spa is the only place I go for facials. The organic products are top-notch and the technicians customize the experience for your skin type and preferences. The space is relaxing and quiet with every detail thought of. I highly recommend!
