What is your job title & how long have you worked at Radiant Day Spa?

I have had the pleasure of working with Radiant Day Spa as the Lead LMT for over 3+ years. 

What is your favorite thing about your job?

My favorite part of my job is my job in its entirety. I am filled with gratitude to be able to go to work and not feel like I am working. 

What is your favorite treatment at Radiant Day Spa, why?

My favorite treatment at Radiant is experiencing dual services, the best of both worlds. Providing full body relaxation and rejuvenation. Our signature facials and massage combos are the perfect pair. 

What are your top three skincare & or bodycare recommendations?

Taking care of our skin and body is important. I highly recommend dry brushing daily to help detoxify the skin by increasing blood circulation and helps exfoliate the skin and pores. I also can not rave more about our Eminence skincare line. I am in love with their products, especially the Clear Skin Targeted Treatment. It is magical! It gets ahead of the blemishes that are surfacing and gently heals the affected areas, just like magic. I have seen amazing results time and time again personally.  Lastly, bodywork is essential as it addresses the body as a whole. Helping reduce stress, improve immune function, and manage tension and pain in the body. It’s a great addition to your self care tool box. 

What is the one thing you wish your clients knew about taking care of their skin & body?

I wish my clients knew that taking care of their skincare and body is that like anything we want to improve, enhance or change we must first acknowledge it, connect to knowledge and professionals, choose quality, clean products, and discipline to taking action to creat such changes. Be patient as it could take time to create the changes we are looking for. However, our “Why” we want to change helps fuel our “How” to get there. Prioritize your health and wellbeing. 

What do you like to do when you are not working/what are some of your hobbies? 

When I am not at Radiant Day Spa, you’ll find me with my family. Enjoying the outdoors with our pack of animals. Playing in the woods, on the water, trail running, sunbathing, meditating and connecting to the deeper aspects of life as I am always learning and evolving not only in personal world, but in my professional world as well.

Royal treatment. The Royal Treatment is very special, its a little slice of heaven for the body and face

Rosehip triple C&E firming oil, bamboo firming fluid, snow mushroom and Reiki masque

What is the one thing you wish your clients knew about taking care of their skin & body?

Because your face is the first thing people see when you walk into a room, taking care of your skin is just as important as eating healthy, exercising and getting regular sleep

What do you like to do when you are not working/what are some of your hobbies? 

I love all sport activities. I play on a women’s softball team. I also play pickle ball 3-5 times a week. I love the outdoors. Camping, hiking, boating, skiing, fishing. I also coached softball for 16 years

I am a licensed massage therapist and I consider myself a newer member of the team. It’s so exciting to share my talents at not only the Bend location but also Sisters.

What is your favorite thing about your job?

My favorite thing about my job is helping people feel better. Whether it’s through deep relaxation or addressing specific concerns, I’m grateful to have the skills to care for my clients.

What is your favorite treatment at Radiant Day Spa, why?

I absolutely love our 90-minute Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage.  There’s a groove that I get into when I know I get the pleasure of spending an extra 30 minutes with my clients.

What is the one thing you wish your clients knew about taking care of their skin & body?

Regularly receiving massages can assist in reducing the most common body aches and pains. This world can be very stressful and I take pride in helping people find ways to feel better and more radiant.

What do you like to do when you are not working/what are some of your hobbies? 

I love hiking and paddle boarding. There’s nothing like having fresh air flowing through my lungs. Nature really keeps me centered, especially when I’m spending that time with my wonderful husband and super sweet puppy.

What is your job title & how long have you worked at Radiant Day Spa?

I am a Board Certified Esthetician and I absolutely love what I get to do each and every day. Although I have only been at Radiant Day Spa for a short period of time, it feels like I’ve been here for quite some time. The team is wonderful and I love how much we all care about each other and our clients.

What is your favorite thing about your job?

Nothing comes more naturally to me than pampering my clients. To be honest, most of them enjoy a quick nap during the massage portion of one of our many wonderful facials. Not only do I love pampering my clients, it’s a privilege to work with such an amazing skincare line that really makes people feel beautiful. In my opinion, Eminence rocks!

What is your favorite treatment at Radiant Day Spa, why?

Alright everyone…if you want the best foot treatment of your life, get the Revitalizing Facial. Who wouldn’t want a relaxing facial that also includes an added foot scrub? It just takes getting a facial to the next level.

What are your top three skincare & or bodycare recommendations?

What is the one thing you wish your clients knew about taking care of their skin & body?

Quite simply, wear sunscreen. Most every concern that clients share with me can be helped by using a great sunscreen every day. I love the Lilikoi Mineral Defense Moisturizer SPF 40.

What do you like to do when you are not working/what are some of your hobbies? 

I send as much time as I can with my family. Having four mouths to feed has definitely brought out my creative side when it comes to cooking. When we’re not enjoying my wonderful meals (patting myself on the back), you can find us floating the river and just plain having fun.
